Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion blow molding machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup and Preparation: Set up and prepare the extrusion blow molding machine for production, ensuring all necessary parameters are met.
  • Production Process Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and process parameters.
  • Quality Control and Maintenance: Conduct daily production tasks, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the maintenance and care of machines, systems, and tools.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with production departments, quality, and environmental management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to production employees on the correct operation of systems and take on higher-level in-house tasks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Completion of training as a process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology, with initial user experience with extrusion blow molding machines.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as relevant plastic machine controls.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a strong sense of quality, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Language Skills: Secure German language skills in spoken and written form.
