About the Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Massachusetts. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work directly in a School setting, focusing on enhancing student behavior and academic outcomes.

This position involves providing comprehensive behavior analysis services across all grade levels, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring student progress.

We are looking for an experienced BCBA who can collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families to address and support the behavioral needs of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Behavior Analysis Services: Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services across all grade levels, including assessment, intervention, and data collection.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor student progress.
  • Collaboration: Work with educators, staff, and families to address and support the behavioral needs of students.
  • Training and Guidance: Offer training and support to school personnel on effective behavior management techniques.
Qualifications
  • Certification: Current BCBA certification/license.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting or with similar caseloads is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families.
