Key Responsibilities:
  • Model exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, providing excellent customer service
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising standards, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company procedures
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, ensuring a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, maintaining a secure and efficient store operation
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment, adhering to company safety protocols

  • Retail customer experience preferred, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

This position has a starting pay range of $17.28 to $17.78 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
