Job Summary

The Anthropologie Weddings Stylist plays a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by supporting the leadership team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering lasting connections with clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and principles.
  • Contribute to the service and selling culture in the store by developing authentic customer connections, offering expert styling advice, and providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Utilize technology to provide a seamless client experience, upsell or share products not available in-store, and support associate education, clienteling, and brand focuses.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Inspire team members through creativity, outfitting, and shared goals, driving the store's success by being positive, confident, respectful, and helpful to others.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
  • Partner with the leadership team to mentor service and selling strategies, impacting individual and monthly goals.
Visual and Business Operations
  • Assist store leaders in maintaining a visually appealing store that is neat, clean, and organized, supporting weekly store objectives related to customer service, outfitting, or styling.
  • Assess Anthropologie Weddings styling expectations, identifying business-driving opportunities for the store, and taking calculated risks with measurable results to maximize sales and customer experience.
  • Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, product loss reduction, and uphold all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
Communication and Relationships
  • Participate in store communication and fit sessions, facilitating the sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire staff and customers.
  • Provide store and departmental insights related to the customer experience, communicating with Anthropologie Weddings leadership, and participating in district forums when applicable.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with clients through outreach and networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and engagement through store events.
Requirements
  • Anthropologie and Anthropologie Weddings brand enthusiast.
  • Experience in customer service and clienteling.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
