Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Child Psychiatrist to provide specialized mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Provide ongoing medication management and education to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document all services provided in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in the development of person-centered treatment plans and coordinate treatment services.
- MD degree with NYS License in Psychiatry required.
- Board Certification in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry.
- Experience with addiction medicine and working with individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse and primary health care problems.
