Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Dillons. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.

• Leadership and Management
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure excellent customer service and quality care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information about their prescriptions.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operations and Logistics
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and stocking.
  • Ensure that the pharmacy is compliant with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Quality and Safety
  • Develop and implement quality and safety programs to ensure that customers receive safe and effective care.
  • Monitor and report any quality or safety issues to management.

• Education and Experience
  • Pharmacist license in the state where employment is sought.
  • Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or have passed a foreign equivalency exam.
  • Passed the NAPLEX exam.
