About the Role

Sono Bello is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team in the fast-paced world of aesthetics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough post-operative patient assessments and provide wound care as needed.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to listen to patient concerns and de-escalate issues in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the clinical manager to manage reportable incidents, AAAHC accreditation, and patient escalation.
  • Partner with the surgeon to maintain an understanding of the patient experience and spend at least one day a month in the operating room.
  • Chart patient information accurately and maintain quality control.
Requirements
  • A.D.N. or B.S.N. from an accredited College of Nursing.
  • Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam in the state of desired practice.
  • 3 years of experience as an RN, with experience in a cosmetic surgery center a plus.
