Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Long Term Care

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a Long Term Care setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced COTA to provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Long Term Care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Long Term Care facility
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a Long Term Care setting
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice
