Avera St Luke's Hospital is seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Nursing Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our patient-focused settings.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients across the lifespan.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- Perform thorough systems assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Direct, plan, and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing Education program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota.
- Current certification in CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PALS, or completion upon next available program.
- Three, 12-hour shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am.
- Every 3rd weekend/holiday rotation required.
- Hourly rate: $46.50 per hour.
