Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Base Salary Commensurate with Experience
Monday to Friday Work Schedule
Hands-on Training Provided

Key Responsibilities
Fulfill and maintain the Illinois insurance licensing criteria
Conduct needs-based consultations with potential clients
Initiate new business sales while cultivating referral relationships
Assist in formulating a marketing strategy for your role
Follow up with prospective clients as per the agency's system
Engage in and successfully complete all assigned training
Deliver prompt and professional service to clients
Qualifications
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Goal-oriented mindset
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience in providing client-focused solutions and building lasting relationships
High school diploma or college degree
Ability to acquire Illinois Property/Casualty licenses within the first sixty days of employment
Aspirations to become an independent business owner
