Ambulatory Care Nurse Opportunity

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with a 40-hour workweek, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced Ambulatory Care environment. As an Ambulatory Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on pain management and general health education for patients with chronic injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical screenings, triage, and case management to patients with chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patient independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
