Marketing Assistant Role

At Millennial Management LLC, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant to support our innovative team in a part-time remote position.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and office management practices. Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department, including file organization, schedule management, and meeting coordination.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging staffing needs and analyze consumer feedback to enhance our service offerings.
  • Marketing Analytics: Utilize marketing analytics to gather and interpret data on campaign performance, including insights from social media, website traffic, and audience engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create and share compelling content on the company's website and social media platforms to enhance our online presence.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on outreach and client engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
