The Team Supervisor oversees shifts and/or designated areas within the operations of a Papa John's restaurant, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and customer service to promote restaurant profitability. This role encompasses the management of operational activities, including the implementation of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. It is essential to ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations as well as ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follows established guidelines, techniques, and expectations for each work station, including but not limited to dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning. Performs designated station duties such as preparing quality products, adhering to all product preparation procedures, and maintaining established product holding times. Actively contributes to achieving the Company's product objectives while addressing customer needs and minimizing complaints.
  • Embodies and demonstrates the Core Values, maintaining a positive demeanor, collaborating effectively with team members, and exhibiting flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Ensures sufficient shift coverage for the restaurant. Provides immediate feedback and resolves issues as they arise. Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance standards (such as MCE readiness, food/labor costs, restaurant cleanliness, etc.) in accordance with company policies and procedures related to shift management.
  • Aids in achieving profit targets by ensuring compliance with company guidelines and objectives through accurate utilization of the FOCUS System. Executes cash management responsibilities and assists in maintaining appropriate inventory levels using company systems and protocols to minimize losses.
