Job Summary

As a Slot Shift Supervisor at the Inn of the Mountain Gods, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the slot machine floor during your assigned shift. This includes monitoring the performance of Slot Floor Attendants, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise Slot Floor Attendants to ensure they are meeting performance standards and adhering to casino policies and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and training to Slot Floor Attendants to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service from Slot Floor Attendants.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Slot Machine Operations
    • Monitor slot machine activity and ensure that all machines are functioning properly.
    • Perform or supervise slot machine transactions as needed.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit reports on slot machine activity and Slot Floor Attendant performance.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and casino policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Knowledge of slot machine operations and casino policies and procedures.
Work Environment

The Slot Shift Supervisor will work in a casino environment with exposure to second-hand smoke, noise, and stress. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly is essential for this role.
