Job Summary
Mastech Digital is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing fire protection consulting engineering services to clients across various industries.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in fire protection engineering and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with architects, developers, and owners to provide fire safety solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide fire protection consulting engineering services to clients
- Develop fire models, smoke control models/analysis, and pressurization models/analysis
- Review and provide consulting for life safety, building, and fire code compliance
- Design fire alarm, fire detection, and fire suppression systems
- Collaborate with multiple teams across multiple offices in a multi-discipline environment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Sciences
- Professional experience in Fire Protection Engineering (consulting)
- EIT, NICET III, and PE certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $126,000-$150,000 annually, based on industry standards and location.
