Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our team in Cicero, IL. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing expert-level ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide training and support to staff members to ensure high-quality care
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
- BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state of practice)
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism and applied behavior analysis
- Prior BCBA experience
- Master's level degree
- Competitive salary range: $78,000 - $96,500 annually
- Monthly bonuses up to $9,000 annually
