Job Summary

U.S. Venture is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
