Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
- Identify and propose strategies for enhancing worker productivity and minimizing material and utility waste.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to streamline production processes and assess potential modifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of engineering experience.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S principles.
