Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
  • Identify and propose strategies for enhancing worker productivity and minimizing material and utility waste.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to streamline production processes and assess potential modifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S principles.
