Chef for Young Minds

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an experienced Chef to join their team. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive salary range of $15.00-$17.00 per hour.

This role is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to students in a licensed childcare facility kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a commercial kitchen or equivalent, as well as a high school diploma and Food Handler Certification/ServSafe.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. They will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

• Prepare and cook healthy meals for students
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of two years' experience in a commercial kitchen or equivalent
• Hold a high school diploma
• Be certified in Food Handler/ServSafe
• Be 18 years of age or older (25 years if performing a dual role as Driver)
