Entrance Attendant / Security Personnel

Note: RemotelyHR is recruiting on behalf of Goat Hill Tavern and The Boulevard.

Goat Hill Tavern and The Boulevard are seeking part-time entrance attendants / security personnel to become integral members of their team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities and be prepared to support all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authenticate customer identification to confirm legal age.
  • Maintain decorum among guests.
  • Recognize and manage inebriated individuals.
  • Ensure the safety of both patrons and staff.
  • Discourage any suspicious activities or misconduct.
  • Guide disruptive guests off the premises.
  • Notify management and authorities regarding security concerns.
  • Oversee guest flow.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the venue.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Compensation: Starting at $18.50, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations critically and resolve issues.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in teams or independently.
  • Effectively manage high-pressure situations in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience as an entrance attendant is advantageous, though not essential.
