Job Summary:

The Prep Cook position at Flik Hospitality Group involves preparing food and serving customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Key responsibilities include obtaining daily production schedules, preparing items on production sheets, completing daily worksheets, and operating equipment per department procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
  • Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
  • Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Taste completed meals to ensure quality
  • Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy. Follow HACCP guidelines
  • Complete all required documentation, reports, logs as required
  • Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
  • Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner

About the Role:
