Job Summary

About the Role

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) requires a qualified individual to work with K-12th grade students, providing 1:1 assistant services or instructional assistance under the supervision of a lead teacher.

Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support and accommodations to special education students as needed
  • Assist the lead teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment and promoting student engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • An Associate's degree, Paraprofessional Certification, or relevant experience working with children with disabilities
  • A willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing educational environments
Compensation and Benefits
