**Job Summary**

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

\

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

\

**Key Responsibilities**

\

Your key responsibilities will include:

\
  • \
  • providing in-store merchandising support to retailers\
  • building displays and end caps\
  • resetting shelves with product rotation\
  • tracking inventory\
  • scheduling and reporting\
  • onboarding new hires\
  • fostering a positive work environment\

**Requirements**

\

To be successful in this role, you should have:

\
  • \
  • a minimum of 1-2 years of merchandising experience\
  • experience leading and training people\
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills\
  • a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results\
  • the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment\
  • reliable transportation to and from work location\
  • be at least 18 years old\
  • be able to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs\
