Quality Assurance Supervisor in Solar Energy

Main Responsibilities:
1. Possess a strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) processes;
2. Investigate quality discrepancies and advocate for enhancements while ensuring consistent follow-up on quality issues across all locations;
3. Lead initiatives to address customer complaints, including the execution of detailed 8D reports and conducting audits; coordinate responses to cross-location customer grievances, including project site inspection challenges;
4. Oversee third-party laboratory testing and manage any exceptions that arise;
5. Conduct specialized inspections on common product defects or operational issues and drive necessary improvements;
6. Benchmark third-party standards for appearance and electrical characteristics, ensuring regular updates to these standards;
7. Review contracts to minimize deviation rates;
8. Promote improvements and highlight successes in process reliability and capability, addressing key issues in collaborative inspection environments.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree or higher;
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the solar photovoltaic module industry;
3. Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and other TS16949 methodologies, as well as Six Sigma and other improvement strategies; strong communication, coordination, and business collaboration skills; capable of promoting, tracking, assessing, and advancing initiatives, with a degree of on-site management expertise;
4. Competent in utilizing various office software, with strong data analysis and statistical skills;
5. Excellent proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
