Job Description:About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Northeast Missouri. As a key ambassador for Stine Seed Company, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts, recruiting new dealerships, and implementing sales programs to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory
- Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support
- Candidates should have three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
- Candidates should have demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
