Job Summary:
ATC Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential personal care services to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity. This is a full-time/part-time hourly position with a competitive salary range of $16-$20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Communication: Share vital information with healthcare professionals and document patient care accurately.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record vital signs, following facility protocols.
- Respect & Dignity: Deliver care that respects patients' cultural diversity, autonomy, and dignity.
- Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with state requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Completion of a state-approved nursing program or competency evaluation, and current CNA certification.
- Experience: At least 12 months of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification, TB-2 Step, Quantiferon, or CXR.
- Skills: Ability to handle potential exposure to bodily fluids and other materials, and to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Work Environment:
- Dynamic Settings: Work in various client facilities with potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
