Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical needs and develop effective care plans.
- Provide Care and Manage Patient Conditions: Provide direct patient care and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and lab work, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Physicians and Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with In-House Procedures: Assist medical staff with in-house procedures, including surgeries and other medical interventions.
- Communicate with Patient Family Members: Communicate effectively with patient family members to provide updates on patient status and address their concerns.
- RN License: Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICU, PCU, LTAC, or TCU experience (preferred).
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification preferred (classes offered).
- Skills: Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior analytical and critical thinking skills, and a positive, professional demeanor.
