We are seeking an APRN Clinical Staff Nurse to join our team at the Cancer Institute Outpatient Clinic. In this role, you will work autonomously and collaboratively with a variety of medical professionals to diagnose and manage patient healthcare problems. Your responsibilities will include extending patient care and administrative services, providing comprehensive health assessments, determining diagnoses, implementing treatment plans, performing procedures, and prescribing medicines and treatments.

To be successful in this position, you must have a Master's Degree in nursing, plus 2 years of nursing experience, acute care APRN. You must also be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas, hold an APRN/CPN license, and have current BLS certification. Additionally, you must be able to operate typical nursing equipment and comply with CDC Universal Precautions.

The ideal candidate will have prescriptive authority and a DEA license, which can be obtained after hire. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, provide excellent communication skills, maintain confidentiality when necessary, and demonstrate positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
