Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Driver (DOT - CDL) to join our transportation team at Fastenal. As a key member of our fleet, you will be responsible for delivering products from our distribution centers to branches and customer on-site locations. This is a full-time position that requires a safe and efficient driver with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver products to customers
  • Unload freight at each stop along your route
  • Utilize a handheld scanner to track deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with shipping and receiving departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the equipment
  • Comply with DOT and Fastenal safety regulations
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Health Card and Haz Mat endorsement (or ability to obtain)
  • Meet Fastenal driving record requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and maneuver up to 150lbs.
