This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments within our warehouse environment.
The selected candidate will be tasked with the organization of new deliveries and ensuring that parts and items are accurately distributed to the appropriate departments and personnel.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive all incoming shipments, confirming the accuracy of bills of lading against received items.
- Sort and allocate parts into designated bins for easy retrieval.
- Deliver special orders to the respective departments that have placed requests.
- Process and store all stock orders or returned items in the inventory management system.
- Manage the disposal of authorized replaced warranty parts on a monthly schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping and receiving area.
- Exhibit behaviors that align with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic mathematical abilities.
- Capability to read and understand instructions and information.
- A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Forklift operation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
