Caregiver - Oceanside

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to support and care for adults and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Oceanside/Vista, CA area.

The successful candidate will promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents, serving as an advocate for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing daily routines for clients based on their individual program plans.
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing.
• Preparing meals and assisting with clean-up.
• Pick-up/drop-off clients from/to their home/facility (if necessary).

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a California Driver's License.
• Obtain a Direct Support Professional Certificate within the first six months of hire.

A valid California driver's license and a clear background check are required. The salary range for this position is $34,000 - $37,500 per year, depending on experience.
