Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position for a leader in our Machining & Turning division. The selected candidate will oversee CNC MasterCAM programming, provide guidance in set-up machining, manage production schedules, select tools and machines, and drive advancements in our machining & turning capabilities.
The role includes assisting in machining RFQs with a cost-effective approach to secure projects. You will collaborate closely with ownership and co-management to lead the CNC team, ensuring precise and efficient production processes for timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CNC programming and machining operations.
- Interpret technical drawings with accuracy.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and precision.
- Employ strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exhibit excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 15-20 years of experience in machining.
- Proven leadership skills with team development expertise.
- Associate's degree or certification in CNC programming or a related field.
