About the RoleThis position reports to the Manager and involves performing daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You will participate in a comprehensive four-week training program to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ethical mindset.
- You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
