About the Role

Follett Products, LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various machines, including press brakes, punch presses, deburr, and lasers, to fabricate sheet metal components.
  • Assemble subassemblies or complete units, position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames using hand and power tools.
  • Prepare and connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to specifications.
  • Make final product adjustments and prepare for shipping to customers.
  • Locate, stack, and store parts in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse, kanban, or production work cells.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shift and job changes.
  • Open to working overtime hours.
  • A safety-minded team player.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable, punctual, responsible, and dependable.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Manufacturing, refrigeration, sheet metal, brazing, soldering, mechanical assembly, and fabrication operating machines (press brake, deburr, lasers, punch presses).
