About the Role:
  • Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, with a special focus on Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) facilities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain strict adherence to AHCA regulations and guidelines throughout the construction process.

As a seasoned Healthcare Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction teams, directing workers and subcontractors, and scheduling design and construction processes to ensure a productive work site. You will also review plans and specifications, implement design enhancements, and manage project changes to achieve desired outputs.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes to ensure efficient work sites.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and legal paperwork are in place before construction begins.
  • Maintain tight control over budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the public by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction, particularly with FSED projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AHCA regulations and guidelines.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the construction industry.
  • A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in construction management software programs and able to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A strong commitment to safety policies and procedures.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
