About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tear Down Technician to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling blowers and exhausters according to blueprints, working closely with the Engineering Department and Quality Assurance Department to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble blowers and exhausters according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department and Quality Assurance Department to identify and resolve issues.
  • Apply standard work practices and follow all safety rules and environmental regulations.
  • Operate Crane and Fork Truck to move equipment and parts, with training and certification provided by the company.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the production team.
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with basic hand tools and small parts assembly.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Blueprint and ruler knowledge.
