Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work a full-time variable schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to float to various clinics during and after training.
