About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and highly confident finance professional to strategically support the business while working towards ambitious growth initiatives. You will have expertise in M&A, FP&A, and comprehensive finance functions including treasury, tax, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business in achieving its strategic objectives through effective financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including the board of directors, to provide timely and insightful financial information.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business value.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a private equity-backed business.
  • Expertise in M&A, FP&A, and comprehensive finance functions including treasury, tax, and controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
