We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Action Behavior Centers. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing tailored treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding position involves case management, conducting assessments, and leading a team of Registered Behavior Therapists. You will work closely with families to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support to help children achieve their full potential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum.
  • Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools.
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients.
  • Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be a current or soon-to-be certified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. You should also be eager to be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
