We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist (BCBA) to join our team at Autism Care Partners, a leading provider of innovative, integrated, and person-centered care for individuals with autism and their families.

About the Role
  • Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, providing individualized treatment plans and behavioral support to promote positive outcomes and improve quality of life.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including initial skills assessments and functional behavior assessments, to inform treatment planning and ensure effective behavioral support.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure accurate implementation of treatment goals and protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure in required states.
  • The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and frequently assume and maintain various postures to ensure safe and effective client interactions.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to utilize technology to manage client data and communicate with teams.
  • The ability to operate basic office equipment to support administrative tasks.
