We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist (BCBA) to join our team at Autism Care Partners, a leading provider of innovative, integrated, and person-centered care for individuals with autism and their families.
About the Role- Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, providing individualized treatment plans and behavioral support to promote positive outcomes and improve quality of life.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including initial skills assessments and functional behavior assessments, to inform treatment planning and ensure effective behavioral support.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure accurate implementation of treatment goals and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.

- Strong computer skills and ability to utilize technology to manage client data and communicate with teams.
- The ability to operate basic office equipment to support administrative tasks.
