About the Position

We're revolutionizing the skylines of tomorrow and need your leadership skills to get there. As a Mechanical Superintendent at Power Design, you'll play a critical management role in providing direction to the project team to complete the build on time while maintaining high-level quality, safety, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members.
  • Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted scope of work.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
  • Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
  • Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
  • Adhere to Power Design's standards of quality, safety, and best practices.
Requirements
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion-dollar construction projects.
  • Experience with multi-family residential and commercial projects preferred.
  • An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
  • Experience utilizing various construction project management and technology applications such as Bluebeam, BIM 360, Fieldwire, Procore, OpenSpace, and CrewConnect preferred.
