As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop a personalized treatment plan to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, and develop a treatment plan to address these needs.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with patients and their families to ensure that they are informed and engaged in the care process.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in physical therapy.
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Louisiana.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
