Starbucks Barista

Job Description

We're seeking a talented Barista to join our team at the Cummins Station Starbucks location. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through excellent service and expertly-crafted products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products to our customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers and understand their needs through clear and pleasant communication.

Requirements:

• Ability to learn quickly and understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
