About the RoleAs a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their families. Your expertise will be essential in managing labor, delivery, and postpartum care. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to laboring patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as codes and rapid response teams.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- National Provider NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
