MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the relevant state.
Preferred one year of pediatric experience.
A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
A strong commitment to continuous professional development.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently manage time to ensure all documentation for evaluations is completed within the 5-business day timeframe and SOAP notes within 24 hours.
Facilitate patient care meetings to assess progress.
Document sessions accurately, utilizing any cancellations to finalize paperwork or prepare for upcoming sessions.
Engage in staff development initiatives and in-service training.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, ensuring all sanitized materials are returned to their designated places.
