Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing. As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and compliance with care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • One to three years of experience as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
