- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide timely interventions as needed.
- Document all pertinent observations, incidents, and interventions in the resident's medical record.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Participate in fall prevention programs and respond to life-saving situations as needed.
- Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN.
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
