Position Summary:

The Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. This position is responsible for managing deliveries, conducting inventory pulls, performing inventory counts, and maintaining organization within the warehouse. The specialist will also be instrumental in identifying new methods to enhance efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments and manage outgoing deliveries.
  • Communicate all relevant receiving information promptly.
  • Maintain daily communication with team members regarding incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Conduct accurate daily product pulls, counts, and audits safely and efficiently.
  • Solicit feedback and monitor the quality of services rendered.
  • Effectively relay operational needs to staff through established communication channels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to navigate uneven surfaces and stairs.
  • Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Professional demeanor and punctuality.
  • Exhibit kindness, helpfulness, and a servant-hearted attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Previous experience in merchandise and warehouse operations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with product tracking and inventory management software is preferred.

This position is based in our Nashville, Tennessee offices and is eligible for the standard company benefits program.
