We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for refining use cases, creating test plans, and drafting test cases in a rapid development environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Refine use cases, create test plans, and draft test cases in a rapid development environment
  • Triage problems, prioritize them accordingly, and write detailed notes and reproduction steps for defects
  • Perform rigorous feature and regression tests for database-intensive Internet development and B2B integration projects, and then analyze and report the results

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Some level of testing experience (co-op, internship, summer job)
  • Experience working with testing documentation and familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in technical writing and software development terminology
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to give and receive constructive advice
  • Ability to support multiple project initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on factors such as location, skill, and experience.
