Care Professional - Speech Pathology Job Description:

El Paso Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Care Professional - Speech Pathology to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide compassionate and effective care to children with communication or swallowing disorders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment programs, making adjustments as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:
• A Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology or equivalent education from outside the U.S.
• Current Texas license to practice.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $72,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
